Carole cared for our 7-year-month old twin sons part-time. She was so attentive to the needs of the boys while also checking in with us, as parents, consistently to ensure comfortability and needs were met as the boys grew. Carole was more than punctual- she arrived early and consistently throughout our time with her. We were grateful for how she showed up for our children while we had work obligations. She sent photos and communicated regularly with updates about the twins' days. She is caring, peaceful, a great multi-tasker, and energetic. Carole would go above and beyond and complete tasks that were not asked of her to honor the cleanliness and routine of our home. We would have continued to work with Carole consistently, but our needs for care shifted. She still checks in with us regularly and loves to hear updates on how the boys are doing. We are grateful to have worked with her. Any family would be lucky to have her care for their child or children!
