About Carol

I have a 24-year-old daughter that I fully homeschooled and she went to college at 17. I loved teaching her and especially the early years are my favorite! I now have a 3 and 4-year-old that I am fully enjoying the process all over again! This time I'm even more passionate about early learning! I make my own flash cards, songs and games! My 4-year-old has Down syndrome and my approach to learning has taught him to read his letters, know all his shapes and colors by 2. 5 years old! He now knows his numbers backwards and forwards and can sight read 50+ words! My youngest is learning quick too. That said I would love to help foster a creative learning environment even with kids that I Nanny for! We can even incorporate music I have handbells, ukuleles, and drum. I also do one on one ukulele lessons virtual or in person separately if that is something desired. I have a very Montessori approach to learning and do very limited TV time or none at all. Depends on what the parent chooses.
