Carol is an excellent caregiver. I hired her to provide transportation to/from the hospital and to provide companionship to my husband during a colonoscopy procedure. She called me back and set up everything very nicely. Communication ran smoothly and answered every text message in a timely manner. The day of the procedure she arrived on time to pick up my husband and made sure he felt very comfortable before and after the procedure, she is very professional.
