About Carolann

As a recent retiree, I am presently working part-time at The Villages Charter School Middleton campus (Buffalo Adventures) on weekday afternoons. I am looking to supplement my schedule with an additional part-time opportunity, assisting parents with morning drop-offs and providing ad-hoc childcare several days a week or running errands. I'd describe my personality as energetic, kind and compassionate. I like working with kids because it helps me give back and grow the community where I live. I'm looking for a job that allows me to promote engagement, creativity and stewardship. I started working with kids when I retired last year but I have always been actively involved in my kids sports, education and upbringing. In my spare time, I like to exercise, read, travel. One thing you should know about me is I value and strive to foster positive relationships and adapt well to changing needs. My skills include homework assistance, listening and accountability.
