I am a retired woman with 20 plus years of child care experience, including my niece's three children

Carmen watched our dog at our home for 10 days.  We were very happy with the care she gave our dog and our home.  She asked questions to ensure she was prepared for the job and kept in touch while we were away.  

Carmen was very caring, considerate and loving person. She genuinely enjoyed spending time with both of our kids. They could not wait to spend time with her every day. She was very flexible and accommodated to our necessity. She brought so many crafts, books and planned activities for our kids. We would love to give her a call again when we are back in town.

Carmen is the best! We moved to the area early 2021 and needed full time help with our 16 month old. When we initially met Carmen we had a great feeling and we're glad we trusted our gut. She has always been on time but more importantly, the health and safety of our child was never questioned. Carmen is like family and our kid loves to see her each day!

We've had Carmen over twice. She is very friendly, energetic, and playful. Kids played outside with her, did crafts, sang songs.

We are so happy to have found Carmen through this website, she is great with our two-year old son. She is very nice, always on time, completely reliable and flexible with our changing schedule. She spends her time here keeping our son active and engaged, playing and reading. We know our little boy is in great hands when he is with Carmen

Carmen has been an incredible blessing to our family!  She is happy to jump in and do anything that our family needs!  Whether it is driving the children around or helping out at a birthday party or stopping at the grocery store and prepping dinner, Carmen was ready!  Her kindness, understanding, flexibility and love for children makes her such a great fit in our family! I recommend Carmen highly!

Carmen was wonderful with our three children, ages 5, 9, and 10. She played and interacted with the kids the entire day. They said she was fun and friendly. She was very personable. She exceeded my expectations. I absolutely plan to ask her to watch the kids again. They actually asked her to return themselves!

Carmen did not show up for her interview and did not notify me that she would not be able to make it.

Our family has rarely had non-family members watch our children so we were very particular when researching after school care for our 5 year old.  After many messages back and forth with numerous caregivers and several interviews with different caregivers, we knew that Carmen was the one for us!  Therefore, we recently hired Miss Carmen for after school care for our Kindergartner starting the 2015 school year.  She has been extremely responsive in all our communications even starting with the first conversations and interview.  We have only worked with her for several weeks now, but she has been very dependable, sweet, and great to work with.  She is wonderful with my son, playing games and preparing food and my son is very excited for his "Miss Carmen" days!  You can tell she loves children and interacts with them very well.  We are very excited to have Miss Carmen in our lives!

This was my first time hiring a caregiver.  Carmen immediately put me at ease.  Upon phone interview, I can tell it was important to her to understand my situation and my needs.  She was very professional and extremely kind.  Carmen has done grocery shopping for me and I am so pleased to have someone so caring helping me.  Because I am housebound, she even checks in on me between visits.  She is a great communicator and I truly feel that I can depend on her.  For Carmen, care-giving is more than just a job.  She truly has a big heart and loves helping others.

Not the most excellent response time, given that she declined the job the day after I requested child care for.

Carmen watched my teenage son and 10 year old daughter for me and was excellent with them.  She is good at crafts and kept them busy.  She is aware of the importance of a good diet and was reliable.

Very caring, honest and devoted person.   Great work ethic.

Carmen cared for my two children and did an excellent job.  She always had their best interests in mind from meals to helping with homework.  She always was good with communication and was reliable.

Carmen watched my kids since they were babies.  She is very good with children and does a lot of extra things for them.  My kids are teenagers now, but still look forward to spending time with Carmen.  She is a very trustworthy, loving caregiver and also was available and flexible with my schedule.
