About Carmen

Carmen is incredibly professional, caring, and responsible, and we feel so fortunate to have had her with our family. She took care of our daughter when she was just one year old, and from the very first day, our daughter absolutely adored her. Carmen has a wonderful way of interacting with children. She always thoughtfully planned engaging and age-appropriate activities, whether it was going to the library or park, reading books together, or introducing different types of toys and play experiences. As our daughter grew, Carmen continuously adapted her activities and environment to support each developmental stage. She also went above and beyond by reorganizing the play area to better suit our daughter’s changing needs as she learned to climb, walk, and explore more independently. Carmen consistently thought one step ahead, and I personally learned so much from her about parenting and understanding child development. Most importantly, Carmen is someone I trust completely with my daughter — I could leave them together without a single worry. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
