I'd describe my personality as responsible reliable & patient I like caring for people with special needs it gives me opportunity to teach them to make a significant & positive difference by giving them support companionship & assisting them with their daily tasks. I'm looking for a job that is honest open communication I started caring for people with special needs when I was a 1 to 1 aide with an aggressive young student. Our daughter has ADHD and has taught her how to manage her emotions and behaviors without medication. In my spare time, I like to read, listen to podcasts, watch shows, exercise One thing you should know about me is that I value the time that families give me. Tell families that they can rely on me and I'm respectful of their feelings & time. I would request to have an opportunity to have an open communication.
