About Carmen

Caring for children is more than a job; it's my passion. Since 2016, I've dedicated my time to working with children, including those with special needs. As the mother of two boys with Autism and a son who needed specialized medical care, I understand the challenges families face. I offer 11 years of experience and a graduate degree. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents through verbal updates and texts, always following your preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor games and educational activities. I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am certified in CPR and trained in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Child Development. I'm eager to use my skills and experience to support your family and provide exceptional care for your children.
