About Carmen

We have been extremely fortunate to have Carmen as a part time nanny for our baby (starting at age 4 months) and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been with us for 5 months and she is exceptionally hardworking, dependable, and consistently punctual—always willing to stay late or adjust her schedule when the situation requires. She is incredible with communication and lets us know far in advance if she has other obligations. Carmen’s genuine love for children is immediately evident. She brings both warmth and professionalism to her work, creating a calm and nurturing environment that allows parents to feel completely at ease. Her extensive experience working at a school for children with special needs has given her remarkable patience, adaptability, and insight into caring for children with a wide range of needs and personalities. Carmen quickly learns and executes even complex routines with precision. Our baby has severe eczema and multiple food allergies, and she has handled his skincare regimen and dietary requirements with exceptional care and attention to detail. She is proactive and always goes above and beyond—finding ways to help around the house, staying engaged, and anticipating needs before being asked. she even continues to fill in our Baby Tracker on her days off! Carmen is trustworthy, kind, and deeply dedicated to the families she works with. Any household would be truly fortunate to have her as part of their child’s care team.
