About Carmen

I have over seven years of experience working with children ranging from newborns to 13 years old. My background includes a variety of roles in childcare facilities, where I've gained hands-on experience in both teaching and caregiving positions. This has given me a strong foundation in child development, behavior . I also have experience working with large groups of children, which has strengthened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Most recently, I've been providing one-on-one in-home care as a nanny and (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapist. This role has allowed me to work closely with children needing individualized support, combining structured therapy with nurturing care. My approach focuses on fostering emotional growth, independence, and positive behavior. In addition to childcare, I offer cooking and housekeeping services. My strong organizational skills ensure that routines are followed smoothly and that each child receives the attention and care they need.
