About Carmen

Caring for seniors has always been especially meaningful to me. I have 10 years of experience working with older adults; 8 years professionally and 2 years caring for my own father through hospice. Seniors are truly my favorite people, and I genuinely enjoy listening to their stories, getting to know them, and making them feel valued and cared for. I have experience caring for people living with Alzheimer's and dementia, and I understand how important patience, compassion, consistency, and dignity are. Having cared for my own father during such an important and vulnerable time in his life, I know how much it means to a family to have someone they can trust. My goal is to provide not only dependable care, but also genuine companionship and kindness. I want the person I'm caring for to feel comfortable, respected, safe, and never alone.
