About Carmen

I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and love getting to know their personalities. I'm attentive to their needs and always aim to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Whether it's playing games, doing crafts, or just being present with them, I make sure they feel cared for and comfortable. I'm also reliable, responsible, and always on time-someone families can count on. I am excellent at following routines and instructions from parents in order to ensure the most comfortable experience for the child. I have babysat for multiple families with an elementary-aged child, preparing meals and snacks, as well as driving to practices. While babysitting, I also made sure to supervise him at all times, keep him safe, and clean up after meals and play. I strive to create genuine connections with the children I babysit, while still maintaining a responsible relationship. In addition, I have also volunteered at the CO-OP Family Center in Eugene, caring for infants ages 0-2.
