I am rating Carmen because there is no better and I want people to know. This woman is a jewel you will find seriously nobody that is as kind and caring as Carmen. She goes way out of her way to help you any way she can. She's a real person nothing bad I can say about her and we have a wonderful friendship built up. There were a bunch of people I looked at but my mind kept telling me to go look at Carmen and I finally said that's who I'm getting.
