Carmen was scheduled pretty last minute on Thursday. She still accommodated me with a pre-cisit conversation about my daughter’s needs & her patterns and schedule. Carmen changed her, settled her down and when I got home my 5 month old was asleep. She stayed asleep all night. Thank you Carmen for your patience with my fussy baby & being so helpful.
