Carmen has been caring for our son, P., since he was 3 months old and we could not be happier with her. Carmen is attentive, caring, and responsible. She takes P. on outings to different parks and playgrounds, cooks and feeds him new foods, and works on teaching him to help him reach milestones. P started walking at 10 months old because Carmen practicing with him every day. She is mindful of his nap and meal schedule and always puts his needs first. Carmen is also very helpful around the house - she cleans the playroom and kitchen and does laundry while P naps which is extremely helpful for me and my husband. P truly has a unique bond with her and we are so lucky to have found Carmen.
