About Carmen

Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. For the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My graduate studies have further enhanced my ability to provide comprehensive care. I offer hospice services, personal care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and CPR trained.
