Hi! Welcome to my profile. My name is Carmen. Born and raised in Austin, TX. I have two sons. I worked at a Church Nursery for 7 years, School for 4 years and a Nanny Agency for 2 years. Overall I have over 15 years of childcare experience . I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have worked with children ages Newborn to 12 years old. I enjoy spending time with children

Carmen is amazing! She cared for our eight month old son during a work week and was truly fantastic. She jumped right in and cared for him, seamlessly was able to jump into his routine and was so loving. We are so grateful for all of her care! She is truly the best!

We've been lucky enough to work with Carmen for three years. She nannied my two boys from 9mo-2yr, and 3mo-18mo. I can assure you she is the kindest, most loyal, and attentive person you could put your trust in! Forever grateful for her. 

Carmen cares for our kids on a regular basis and is fantastic. She’s dependable, trustworthy, and has a calming presence. My boys love her so much! 

Carmen takes care of our two grandkids each weekday and sometimes on Saturdays .

 She has been flexible with her schedule and showing professionalism and love with both of them.

Carmen has been extremely reliable, is very attentive, and incredibly capable. She is also super friendly and easy to get along with.

Carmen was great with our kids on what turned out to be an unusually fussy night for your youngest. She showed great patience and creativity helping her calm down and ultimately steered both to sleep well before we got home. Not everyone would have showed the grace she did, so we won't hesitate to recommend her for future gigs.

Having a nanny for the first time came with its fair share of nervousness. Having never left our child with anyone other than family Carmen did an excellent job calming any nerves by her personable demeanor and reliability having a little one of her own. Would absolutely have her watch our little buddy again

Carmen was great with my kids. She jumped right in playing games with my oldest. Will definitely have her back to watch my kids.

Carmen and her mother watched 6 kids while we were visiting Austin for Thanksgiving! They included a set of twins age 7 months, an 8 month old baby, a 2 year old, a 4 year old, and a 6 year old. She can handle anything! I would highly recommend using her for your childcare needs.

Carmen was AMAZING! My kids really loved her. She was a joy to work with, and I would definitely rehire!! She was also so easy to work with - even adjusting to a last minute change we made to the schedule (and then running late that evening).

Carmen is exactly what we wanted for our 11 month old's babysitter- patient, kind, loving & reliable. She follows all of our directions, is calm through our daughter's cry fits (when we leave the house) and is great with communicating the details of the evening with us. I couldn't recommend her more!

We've recently gotten a chance to know Carmen and the first night was a success with her and the kiddos. She handled each of their personalities well and was very sweet to talk to for us as the parents. The next morning our oldest said she missed her "friend" which means she definitely found a soft spot for Carmen! We will be booking more regularly for a consistent relationship with her since the first "date night" for everyone was such a success!

Carmen did a great job with our daughter. We had not had a babysitter since before Covid and were hesitant getting a new one, especially in a new town, but Carmen was punctual, kind, respectful, safe, and fun. Our daughter had a great time with her and is asking to see her again. Thank you very much Carmen for helping us out!

She stepped in when needed. Awesome personality. Very professional.

Carmen was SO amazing! Our girls absolutely loved her and she was even able to get our littlest one to sleep (pretty tough to do on a first time meeting her). She also gave us updates throughout the night! We felt so safe and confident with her, we will definitely be using her again.

Carmen is everything we're looking for in a sitter and took great care of my two-month-old son. I really appreciated her proactive communication-she sent several texts throughout the evening to let us know how things were going, I never had to ask. We look forward to seeing her again :)

Carmen was great with our 18-month old daughter. She took her to the park, sang songs, and made her feel comfortable very quickly! We are excited to hire Carmen again!
