Carmen is a one of the most thoughtful and kind people I have ever met. From the second she began working with us, she truly became an immediate part of the family. She always arrives on time, carefully documents feeding/play/sleep schedules, and even sends cute pictures while I am at work to make the days away a little bit easier. Plus, throughout the day Carmen also does several thoughtful things (outside of watching our little guy) that make my life so much easier. She is compassionate, sweet, and always willing to go the extra mile. And most importantly, our little boy absolutely loves her. He lights up in a smile every time he sees her. I feel very honored to have met and gotten a chance to work with Carmen. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
