About Carmen

From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children, inspired by the positive impact I made during early babysitting experiences. For the past three years, I've been a caregiver for children aged newborn to older children. I find great joy in supporting families by providing reliable childcare. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games and board games with kids. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and text or phone calls. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I speak English and Spanish. Caring for up to four children at a time is something I can manage. I hope to bring my passion for childcare to your family!
