About Carmen

I am a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver with over 15 years of childcare experience. I have experience caring for children of different ages and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can learn and grow. My experience began at a young age helping care for my siblings and later raising my own three daughters, which strengthened my understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs. I am currently working as a full-time nanny, where I provide attentive childcare, assist with daily routines, prepare meals, organize activities, and support a structured and loving environment for the children in my care. Families describe me as trustworthy, responsible, organized, and easy to communicate with. I take pride in building strong relationships with both children and parents while providing reliable and compassionate care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dachshunds, reading, and listening to music.
