Carmen is a natural with babies. She is so sweet with my baby girl, always able to calm her down and help her sleep. I can tell she genuinely cares and is never distracted or on her phone when she’s taking care of her. She is also so helpful to mom as well. She takes care of the baby’s laundry, helps wash bottles and dishes, and resets the diaper caddies. She’s always looking for ways to be more helpful and make sure that I feel supported too.
