Hi Families! My name is Carmen, I'm 20 and currently a college student majoring in business marketing, but I also have a passion for working with kids. I grew up as the oldest sibling and helped my mom babysit other kids growing up as well! Not only do I have experience with my own siblings and helping my mom with children we knew, but I was also a Cheer coach and substitute teacher for elementary and middle school students where I help them with homework, talk to them about their day, and coach for cheer. I have been helping kids for most of my life and working around them for multiple years! I'm looking to take care of all needs from part-time to full-time and even the occasional one-time babysitting! I'm CPR certified and first aid trained. During school, starting September 1, I have a class Tuesday 7:30-8:45 a.m. & 4:30-5:45 p.m. , and Thursday 4:30-5:45 p.m. !

She did a decent job in the interview but did not interact with our kids. I tried to give her a second chance and she was definitely upset we didn’t hire her & said she increased her rates etc… im sorry but just because the lazy eye lets you see the whole room doesn't mean you deserve $30 an hour. Just saying. And the chest out in the profile pictures is not professional… I don’t know maybe shes just young but I think she is not too experienced with child care.
