About Carmella

I am a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver with over 15 years of hands-on childcare experience. Throughout my life, I have helped raise and care for my five younger siblings, my two children, and my nieces and nephews, giving me extensive experience with children of various ages and developmental stages. In addition to my family caregiving experience, I worked as a Medical Assistant for over nine years, where I developed strong skills in patient care, communication, organization, and responding calmly in fast-paced situations. I am CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, providing families with added confidence in my ability to keep children safe. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I believe in encouraging creativity, kindness, and healthy development while building trusting relationships with both children and their families.
