I arrived Nashville on 3/2024. I failed to improve from a broken neck (3) surgeries, and a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Carmella quickly learned her role & responsibilities and addressed them by developing a process that included five health care organizations and an internal team members. Including linkages that she developed a process including goals and achievements. Carmella then created a report which provided updates for daily and monthly progress reports. *Smart, quick learner and action plans. *Strong work ethic. * Encouraging when I was not doing my part in my therapy sessions. *Communications with health care professionals and sorted out a balance for my Dr visits and follow through with Five different providers across a year and a half. * Attended all physicians appointments.
