We had Carmella help with our son for several weeks last minute when we were in a pinch and she was incredibly flexible and great at communication! Our son absolutely loved playing with her (and so did our dog! Dogs are a great judge of character 😉) Carmella sent pics and videos throughout the day, we always came home to a clean house, and our son always had lots of stories about all the fun games they played during the day. Would absolutely recommend!
