Carmela has been caring for my son part-time for the past year, starting when he was just 7 months old. We originally planned to keep her with us until his second birthday, but a spot unexpectedly opened up at a daycare we’ve been waitlisted on, and we couldn't pass it up. It is incredibly bittersweet to say goodbye. Carmela is truly amazing—reliable, patient, accommodating, and so warm. Our son absolutely loves her. I never once worried when he was in her care because I knew she had everything handled perfectly (sometimes even better than my husband!). Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Carmela, and we are going to miss her so much.
