I was pregnant with my 2nd child when we hired Carmalee initially as a date night and appointment sitter. She was great with my then 3 year old and we appreciated how playful she was. After 2 months, I thought Carmalee would make a great mother's helper and offered to hire her more regularly. Carmalee was essential for my mental health and life balance with a toddler and newborn. Carmalee takes directions and feedback well. She is also a great baker and knowledgeable about a variety of animals and insects. We appreciated the year Carmalee spent working with our family.
