Hi! My name is Carly. I am a youthful, energetic, happy, hard working nanny with a wide set of skills and experience. I have been working with kids for 5 years. The first two years were more voluntary when I was in high school, from babysitting to voluntarily coaching basketball and volleyball for middle schoolers. My first steady paying job was at a Daycare and Preschool when I was 18. I am now 22 and have worked at Montessori Schools, Education Centers, Day cares, as a nanny, as a live-in nanny. In all, I have 3-4 years of professional experience as a child-care taker. Spring of 2017 I had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer in Kathmandu, Nepal at an orphanage and Montessori school. I have worked with all age groups from infants to teens, to group settings to individual care. Working with kids is a passion of mine and the most rewarding job I have had.

We cannot say enough good things about Carly she has a calm, peaceful demeanor around the children. She listens and always remembers specific requests or instructions for the day. She asks great questions, giving us confidence she is always paying attention and keeping the children s well-being in mind. She is creative, and always finds a new activity to keep our busy toddler on the move. Our son who typically has stranger anxiety took to her right away and was giving her hugs after just 2 days of her being with us. She is also very tidy and conscientious. This summer, Carly has been primarily responsible for our 1 year old son, but also cares for our older children when they are home from camp. Carly takes our son on outings around town, prepares and serves his meals, and finds creative ways to keep him busy at home. When he is napping and before she goes home each evening, she also picks up around the house and always leaves it looking better than when she arrived.
