Carly is amazing! We connected with her on Care.com for a week-long vacation nanny position. We were so lucky to have her! Carly was intuitive and connected easily with our twin 1 y/o girls. We were around frequently with our 3 y/o son, so we spent a lot of time together. She is smart, interesting and a good hang! She also spent time with my extended family and they all remarked on how great she was with the girls and how easy she was to talk to. Carly has great judgment, is wonderful with kids and very experienced caregiver. In our short week together I was so impressed she came up with creative sensory experiences and fun for our girls. I highly recommend her!
