I began nannying and babysitting as a young teen and worked my way up to a teaching credential by the end of college. I have always loved working with kids but was feeling burnt out in the classroom. Since leaving teaching I have worked 1:1 with students with disabilities. It has been some of the most special work of my life, but I am looking to find work outside of the school system.
