If we could give her zero stars, we would. My wife and I spoke at length with Carly on the phone to hire her as a support person for our sweet adult daughter who has disabilities. She seemed genuinely excited about the job; we were excited about the possibility of her working with our daughter. We told our daughter as well as our other support staff about Carly and how great she seemed for the job. Honestly, we were all excited. We agreed we'd meet at Panera in a day and then take her to my daughter's apartment to meet her; we would be in touch to firm up the time. We texted, called, and messaged through care.com numerous times and she never responded or had the courtesy to say she wasn't interested. Never called us back to apologize. Very unprofessional.
