About Carly

I've been around animals my entire life and have provided professional pet care for nearly seven years. I grew up around dogs, cats, horses, fostering and rescue work, and volunteered with my Humane Society throughout middle and high school. I'm experienced with seniors, high energy and working breeds, multi pet households, and pets with medical and behavioral needs. I'm comfortable giving oral medications, insulin and other subcutaneous injections, and caring for pets with seizures, incontinence, age related changes and end of life needs. I have a special appreciation for intelligent, high drive dogs. I own an Australian Cattle Dog and have participated in flyball, giving me experience in structured training environments. I pay close attention to body language, safety, consistency and established routines. I also have experience with horses, donkeys, goats and sheep. Clients often comment on how excited their pets are to see me and how comfortable they seem during visits.
