Hello! My name is Carly, I have been caring for senior citizens for 20 years now. I began my journey as a un experienced caregiver who quickly developed a love for caring for people in so many different ways. I became state certified, then continued my journey working for Hospice earing my hospice certification. I learned so much working there, it truly touches my heart. I then became an Activity Director at a Assited Living Community. From there I decided to take the Certified Medication Aide Class to learn more about why the residents took medications and what they were for. From there I became Care Team Manager, overseeing the caregivers including scheduling, on call, etc. I am looking into just PRN healthcare work at this time.
