About Carly

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, beginning as a babysitter when I was 13. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning, and the individual needs of children. I have experience caring for children ranging from 9 months to 12 years old and have worked in both early childhood and public school settings. For the past five years, I have worked in the Northborough Public Schools as an Educational Support Professional, supporting children with and without disabilities across a variety of age groups and classroom settings. Prior to working in the public school system, I spent several years at Dream Station Early Learning Center, where I worked as an EEC-certified Preschool Teacher, School-Age Lead Teacher, and Toddler Assistant. These experiences have helped me develop a wide range of skills in caring for children at different developmental stages.
