Carlotta is the best! I am so lucky to have found her.   She is thorough in her cleaning, reliable and goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend her!

We love Carlota. She is reliable, trustworthy and cleaned our home very well. We are moving out of state and we know we will never find another person like Carlota.

Dishonest and disrespectful of our time. During the visit, the focus was on what she can not do and what I need to provide for her. Two days later texted she would come to "see how it goes", so I bought all cleaning products, only for her to cancel a day before agreed cleaning, telling me "to find someone else." I asked if she was not coming at all and she never bothered to respond. In addition, she sent me several messages while we were arranging for her to come a clean telling me that I  need to have all products ready for her and that she does not want to waste her time with my electric vacuum cleaner, so I should buy a new one. Do not even bother with this person, she does not want to work.

Interviewed and spent most of the time explaining to me why she doesn't clean certain things and that she doesn't provide her own supplies nor equipment. Came across as though looking for easy work. My husband overhead and couldn't believe what he was hearing. Waste of time.

Carlota is the best! She shows up on time and cleans my house thoroughly! She is a lifesaver for us, since we both have very busy jobs and do not have time to clean our house. I work from home and she is very careful to not distract me (even though it would be okay if she did). My house when she is done looks professionally done. Carlotta goes above the scope of what we discussed on her to clean.

Carlota is great at her job.  She is very professional, thorough, efficient and a pleasure to be around.  We are very grateful and lucky to have found her!
