About Carlos Rafael

Fostering the growth and development of children is my true passion. With four years of experience supporting families, I find deep fulfillment in making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those I care for. My approach is patient, calm, and highly creative, ensuring that your children feel both supported and engaged. I hold a college degree with specialized Early Child Development Coursework, and I am CPR Training certified and TrustLine certified. I love facilitating educational games that promote learning and curiosity. I am happy to communicate through your preferred method, whether that is written daily reports or regular updates. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, particularly those aged 12 and older. I truly look forward to becoming a reliable partner in your family's daily life and helping your children thrive.
