A very nice and respectful young man on the phone. We spoke, picked a day and time. He insisted he was never late, I asked if he was to let me know. At arrival, he didn't show up. I texted him at 15 and 30 mins late, asking if he was still coming. Later he responded confirming he was not coming, that he had an emergency.
