About Carlie

I describe myself as loving, compassionate, and caring-especially when working with children. Their joy is infectious, and I find it rewarding to help them grow into outstanding individuals. As a Rutgers University student, I'm dedicated to my studies but also committed to any job I take on. I have five years of experience in aftercare, working primarily with babies, toddlers, and 3-4-year-olds, but also with children up to 3rd grade. In addition, I've led summer camps for all age groups. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exploring new books with my Kindle membership. I take the safety of your child very seriously, ensuring they are protected and cared for at all times. Patience is one of my greatest strengths, allowing me to connect with children and provide the compassionate support they need. I strive to be a leader and role model, making positive choices that inspire children to do the same.
