Carlie was great, she is very kind, charismatic, attentive, and pays attention to detail very well. She provided my son with quality care and took the time to get to know him as well as his schedule. She was very professional and carried herself well, she is also very respectful. She communicated with me very well, as well as other family members in the home. Carlie built a relationship with my son and he adored her. Carlie often had age appropriate activities for my son to do and kept him entertained frequently. She was on top of everything constantly and knew exactly what needed to be done. She did light house keeping without being asked to and always made sure that my son’s areas were tidy and clean for when I got home.
