About Carlie

Hi my name is Carlie, I am a Registered Nurse and have over 20+ years of experience. I worked in a hospital years ago and also in hospice care for many years which I absolutely loved. However, I have been doing in-home private duty caregiving for the past 10 years, which I really enjoy because it provides flexibility and the opportunity to really connect and get to know my clients and their families better. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, always striving to build trust and strong rapport with my clients. Providing a safe and supportive environment while respecting their autonomy and other needs, is super important. I will provide regular updates to family as well as other caregivers so that we can collaborate and provide the best care possible. This is more than a job it's my purpose in life to help others including elderly, children and animals. I have my own car and I am good with pets as well.
