As usual especially during Covid times I conduct an initial phone interview. Then if it's a good fit I invite them for an in person interview. Which is what happened with Carlene on the phone she seems to be on the same page. But she never showed up for the interview and didn't call until after I had text her that was on a Thursday. Then she said she could come Friday afternoon I text her twice called her twice and she is to this moment has not responded with an apology or anything. So it's very unfortunate - but no I cannot give her a good review. Of course this is based on this brief interaction.
