Carlene has worked for my mom 2 years ago when mom had dementia . She is very professional , caring, dependable, and honest individual that goes over and beyond her duties as a caregiver. What I admired the most was she was very patient and could anticipate my mom needs ahead of time. She would take mom to her appointments, ran errands and made sure her hygienic needs were met. We were glad and very appreciative that she was apart of our care team .
