About Carleigh

Hi! I'm Carleigh. I've never nannied before, but I'm excited to start. I've worked in childcare here in Springfield for almost a year, serving as a lead preschool teacher, assistant infant teacher, and classroom floater with experience from 3 months to 12 years old. I especially love infants and young toddlers I'm very comfortable with feeding, soothing, and following routines. I've also babysat for years for younger cousins, siblings, and family friends, and worked in youth camp settings, so keeping kids safe, busy, and happy comes naturally. I'm CPR certified, have lifeguarding experience, and love pets. I'm a Child Development major at Missouri State and active in my sorority. I'm available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and often Fridays. I value clear communication, organization, and making things easy for parents. My goal is to bring a calm, confident, friendly presence and give your kids a safe, happy space to grow. I look forward to meeting your family!
