I have been caring for children all my life, but recently got a job with DPS as a teaching assistant! I was a nanny for my last family for 6 years & come with great references! I love being highly interactive with children. I enjoy finding opportunities to create fun through: imaginative play, music, games, reading, outdoor adventures, swimming & learning through community interactions. I was a preschool teacher for over 10 years, working with children between the ages of 2-6. I learned countless teaching methods which I still utilize today. During this time, I discovered my passion for making learning fun & exciting! It was also a great chance to work with many different learning styles & personality types. Overall, I just love kids!

If you are looking for someone to care for and love your kids as much as you do - look no further! Carleen has been a part of our family for 6 years and will continue to be a part of our kids lives even though we no longer need a full-time nanny. She is very dependable, always on time and adapts to a families needs. She connects with every child she interacts with and is very patient. Her background in teaching and her genuine interest in what makes each kid unique makes her an incredible nanny. Your kids will have fun, learn and know they are loved. What more could you ask for?
