About Carlee

I am a registered nurse and mother of two elementary aged children with both professional and lived caregiving experience. As a parent to a child with support needs, I bring patience, understanding, and a calm, individualized approach to every family I work with. I am CPR certified and prioritize safety, consistency, and compassionate care. I offer flexible childcare, including support for families working overnight or nontraditional shifts, such as nurses and first responders. I am available for before-school care, school drop-off and pick-up, and after-school care, and I'm happy to help create routines that work for your family. Our family is active and outdoors-focused, and I value providing children with opportunities for movement, play, and exploration, balanced with rest and quiet time.
