Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past four years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, assisting them to live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and First Aid Training, I provide personal care, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and understanding. My approach involves understanding each person's unique history and preferences. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I find immense joy in building meaningful connections with those I care for.
