About Carla

Nurturing a child's growth and supporting families through reliable care is my goal. My journey began when I was 17yo with rewarding babysitting experiences of family members and friend's kids that inspired me to be a mom and also impact other children's lives. I then was English (as second language) teacher of 3rd graders and babysit at church. I'm patient, approachable, and find joy guiding children through educational/board games, puzzles & crafts. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications to ensure a safe environment. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, shopping/errands, carpooling, doctor appointments, swimming supervision and transportation when needed. I follow your lead regarding household rules and adapt my communication to your preferred method, whether through daily reports and regular updates or text messages/calls. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life and helping your children thrive every single day.
