About Carla

I have worked with seniors and disabled for awhile when living in Connecticut. I worked with an agency and I love it! I loved having a relationship with my clients. I loved seeing my clients' smiles when all the were seeking was a companion, someone to talk to and just someone to spend time with. I felt as though that giving them that time made their day. I have always been the care giver in my household since a child. My mother was diagnosed with kidney failure when I was 10 years of old. When that happened I never showed her I was scared. I showed her that I was her support; I give my her meds, her injections "if" I needed to I cleaned her wounds, help her bathe, everything and anything to make her feel comfortable. Going through that experience showed me that I can be a someone's aid support.
