About Carla

Hello Families, :) I'm a second-year college student looking for my next family to be a part of. I have a passion for fostering a child's growth, development, language skills and most of all creating a safe space for children to thrive in. I have spent the last 8 years working with families & their children of various ages & needs. I have done lots of coursework in Early Childhood Education & I am currently working towards a degree in Elementary Education & Speech- Language Pathology. I believe my knowledge of this allows me to bring a thoughtful & creative approach to every interaction. I am patient, calm and respectful when it comes to household rules and communication preferences. Whether we are playing education games, solving puzzles or engaging in arts and crafts I love finding new ways to keep the kids curious and screen free!!
