About Carla

Carla was more than just a nanny to our two young girls, she also became like family to us. You can't go wrong hiring her because she is careful, very warm and caring with kids, and has great judgement. Carla came to work with us when my girls had just turned 1 and 3. She immediately bonded with them. She was always attuned to their needs, and planned fun activities and outings for them. She made them delicious, nutritious meals for the kids and even sometimes for the whole family on her own initiative. I trusted her to take care of the girls when they were sick and to drive them around to activities or school. She also managed their clothes and toys, always keeping everything organized. She ably handled a range of allergy and other medical issues with our kids. In the more than two years she spent caring for our kids, most important to us was the love and care she showed them. She is warm and has a generous spirit, and I knew she would always take good care of our kids. She also was able to be firm with them when needed, such as by helping them learn how to clean up after themselves. She is very responsible, always on time, and is a great communicator. Even though our kids are in school full time, they still love every chance they can get to see her. We love Carla!!
